Refund Policy


There are no returns or refunds on custom print. All sales are final.

We will however make a reprint of any item if deemed in our error, on your purchase at no charge.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us right away with proof of the misprint. 


Any preprinted items are eligible for a refund. Our refund policy is 14 days from receipt of purchase. All items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Once an item is received back to us and inspected, a refund will be issued after 3 days, to the payment method used to place your order. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They may be exchanged for a different size under the condition that we have the altered size in stock. 


We only replace custom apparel items if they are defective or damaged. 


To return your product, you should email [email protected]. Any customer returning an item after confirmed delivery will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
